Where We Ship From
To keep our pricing accessible while maintaining dress quality, Furlla operates as a direct-to-consumer online brand.
Our dresses are produced and shipped from our partner workshop located in Suzhou, Jiangsu, China, a region internationally known for formalwear and evening dress manufacturing. We do not use a U.S. retail warehouse, which is why production begins only after an order is placed.
Formal dresses require skilled tailoring, hand-applied details, and size preparation. Our production partners specialize specifically in prom and occasion gowns. By shipping directly from the production workshop, we avoid retail markups and are able to offer more size and color options than a traditional boutique.
After payment is confirmed, your order enters production.
Tailoring & preparation: 7–14 business days
Quality inspection & packaging: 1–2 business days
Every dress is inspected before shipment.
Once completed, your order is shipped internationally to you.
For United States customers:
Shipping carrier: international express service
Estimated transit time: 3–12 business days
Tracking: provided by email after dispatch
Delivery times may vary slightly during peak prom season or holidays, but we always provide tracking so you can follow the shipment.
Most U.S. customers do not need to pay additional duties upon delivery. If a customs inspection occurs, the carrier will contact you directly.
We want customers to clearly understand where their dress is made and how it is delivered before placing an order.
Furlla is an online-only brand and currently does not operate physical retail stores.
